Hypnosis is a completely natural trance state, which we will all enter several times each day without necessarily noticing. No one can be hypnotised against their will and despite what is sometimes on television, I cannot make a person do anything that they do not want to.  During hypnosis you are aware of everything around you and you remain in complete control. It is simply a deep state of trance/relaxation, similar to daydreaming or meditation.Â

If you find you are lacking confidence, struggling with self esteem, or just don't feel like yourself, we will work together to replace any negative thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back. Making positive changes to build a calmer, happier future.
Exam, interview or presentation nerves
Many people experience a level of stress and anxiety around exams, important interviews, presentations or public speaking. Psychotherapy can help increase confidence and lower anxiety, giving you the tools to be at your best and stay calm under pressure.
